Was not satisfied with my previous 1980x1080 transcode listed here: #667073
I experimented with a variety of settings including aq-methods and different strengths, psy-rd, and trellis. To my perception, the only benefit was to keep my existing settings and bump the video bitrate.
And so, here's version 2, ready for your subtitles of choice.
